Pre-Order Policy
NIU products are available to order prior to their release. Pre-ordering
allows you to access the product as soon as it is released. To pre-order your product(s), a refundable deposit is required.
Pre-ordering can be done through our website or in-store.
An e-mail will be sent as soon as the pre-order product becomes available (usually within business days).
Please ensure that the billing and contact information are kept updated and accurate at all times.

Shipping times are always an estimate as our own shipment may be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Canceling a pre-order without paying fees is possible if the order hasn’t yet been shipped.
Canceling or modifying a pre-order any time after it has shipped is impossible.
Our Return Policy states how simple returning a product is after it’s been received.
Our Return Policy allows returns if it meets certain requirements.
If an order contains pre-ordered products and in-stock products, the order will not shipped until the all of the products have arrived. Make 2 separate orders for pre-ordered products and in-stock products to receive products according to their availability.
Discount codes and special offers cannot be applied towards pre-orders.
